Metaverse Design + Studio (“MVD Studio”) was founded in 2021 to bridge a major gap in the real estate development lifecycle. All too often, projects are stalled or abandoned due to the inability to get city approval or raise investor capital. The notion of “not throwing good money after bad” causes developers to abandon projects early to avoid catastrophic loss. Our goal at MVD is twofold:

1. We aim to condense the initial design process from 10-12 weeks to 1-2 weeks
2. We want to ensure that all stakeholders in a development deal have an opportunity to truly understand the planned project before making decisions.

MVD Studio Founders, Adam and Justin, come from Construction and Architecture backgrounds, respectively. Adam is the CEO of one of the fastest growing Commercial Construction firms in the US while Justin is a licensed architect with a passion for technology. Together, they understand the initial phases of development processes and have made it their mission to close the gap between concept and realization. They believe that there are a large number of deals being denied by local municipalities or financing institutions only due to the lack of these institutions to truly visualize the product. They also believe that there are far too many visionaries who aren’t truly happy with their final products due to the gap in visualization within the development process.

Adam Garcia is a proven business leader who helps organizations reach their highest potential. After spending nearly a decade on Wall Street, Adam has developed a propensity for driving business efficiency and profitability at start-ups, mature organizations, and everything in between. Adam’s background includes international roles in investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, advisory and C-Level Leadership. He has successfully executed numerous middle market merger and acquisition deals with a combined transaction value of over $2 Billion. Most recently, Adam founded and served as the CEO of a national real estate and construction firm that was named #39 on the Inc5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the Midwest.

Adam graduated with honors from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business with an Undergraduate Degree in Management and a Concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is a Leo V. Ryan Scholar and Member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He completed Bank of America’s Analyst Rotational Program and was the 2013 recipient of Bank of America’s Apex Award. Adam is also a Board Member for Casa Kane County and an Entrepreneur and Practitioner Advisory Board member for the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development.
